office are career resources for the College Community.
Our Careers Teacher organises many activities for our students. Some of these
include:
personal interviews

liaising with students, parents, teachers and members of the community, to provide career information.
The following points need to be considered by students when considering careers:
interests and skills
personality - likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses
work values
academic requirements
institutions which provide suitable courses
economic climate and job availabilty
flexibility - consider a range of careers and find out what you can about each
changing employment patterns
many employers now look toward completion of VCE for apprenticeship and many other semi-professional jobs
successful completion of VCE is required for entry to tertiary courses.
It is recommended that students interested in investigating their career pathyways book an appointment with our Careers Advisor, and view the open days link for further information.
